The desktop app works together with the mobile app
The desktop app is for managing, replaying, and backing up recordings — it does not record video itself. First install the PutPack App on your phone, then import your recordings to the computer over your local network.
From playback to evidence, the desktop app makes management effortless
Browse all recording thumbnails on the big screen, with speed control, frame-by-frame viewing, and seeking — far more efficient than on a phone.
01Import recordings from your phone for permanent safekeeping, or export video files locally for backup and reuse anytime.
02Search by tracking number, date range, or recording type — find the exact video in seconds.
03With your phone and computer on the same Wi-Fi, pair once and recordings back up automatically — no cable needed.
04Bundle recordings with tracking numbers and timestamps into an evidence pack, ready to submit with your platform dispute.
05Burn the recording time and tracking number onto videos after the fact for stronger, more formal evidence.
06Mouse and keyboard control, drag-and-drop organization, batch processing, and big-screen playback.
07Natively adapted for macOS and Windows with platform-specific UI design — smooth and responsive.
08Scan the label with the PutPack app to record packing or unboxing
Pair once on the same Wi-Fi; recordings transfer to your computer automatically
